Refund policy

At The Spicy Cafe, each item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • or incorrect due to a fulfillment error

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at [your email address] within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

Claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 30 days of delivery. Printful’s current policy uses that same 30-day window.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. Printful says returned orders are held for 30 days and reshipments can require additional shipping charges.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-in-transit claims should be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Size Issues / Buyer’s Remorse
Because all products are made on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind after purchase. Printful does not cover buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, so any exceptions would be at the store owner’s expense.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product details before placing your order.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
